  Phil Barlow manages the day to day operations of Knowledge Shop and regularly presents on topical tax issues for the Knowledge Shop, the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) and other Auckland based Chartered Accountancy firms.

  Having specialised in tax for more than 20 years, Phil has considerable expertise in tax effective structuring, tax risk management, assisting with IRD audits, domestic and international tax advice and tax due diligence.

  Within NZICA, Phil is Chair of the Auckland Branch Operational Tax Liaison Group which meets with representatives of the IRD. Phil is also on the National Tax Committee and part of the IRD's BT feedback group.

  Shelley-ann has specialised in the provision of tax consulting services for more than 18 years.

  Shelley-ann's experience includes international structuring advice, business acquisitions and disposals, indirect tax consulting, tax compliance, IRD audits, tax affect accounting, due diligence, co-ordination of global tax services for international clients, coaching and training staff and analysis and dissemination of new tax legislation.
